A newly-released CIA file details a sighting at the Saray Shagan weapons testing range in the USSR,now Kazakhstan.

Section 14 outlines an ‘airborne,luminous,bright green,unidentified object’ which was spotted in the summer of 1973.

It described ‘concentric circles forming around the phenomenon over a period of several minutes’ before dissipating.

Of particular note to Loeb was the video clip DOW-UAP-PR067,which captured a ‘startling spherical UAP’ zipping through the clouds.

Footage in the file,DOW-UAP-PR051,shows an object sliding sideways ‘abruptly’ in the skies above Syria.

‘Other videos show unusual motions,but it is difficult to ascertain whether we are witnessing parallax by the motion of the camera rather than the UAP,’ Loeb adds,referring to when the position of an object changes when viewed from different positions,such as a phone camera or viewfinder.

‘One of the videos shows a crash site of a UAP. It would be interesting to study the material remains from that crash.

These reports – and the fact that the Pentagon has made them public – show UFOs aren’t just the remit of tin foil hat types,says Loeb.

‘UAP activity was unambiguously documented near nuclear or weapons facilities like Sandia,Los Alamos,Pantex and more,’ he says.

‘Another document describes a senior US Intelligence Community officer sharing a firsthand helicopter mission to investigate UAP activity on a military test range in late

‘The detailed narrative is operationally specific,indicating that we are dealing with a serious matter that should not be dismissed by policymakers or by scientists.’

A luminous entity was also seen hovering near Karaganda International Airport in Kazakhstan in March 2022,according to another file.

Other files include recordings of astronauts flagging potential UAPs.

In one clip,Scott Carpenter,the Aurora 7 pilot,described white particles in view that appear to move at random and ‘look exactly like snowflakes’ during the fourth manned spaceflight in 1962.

He said the particles were ‘reflective’ and flying faster than his spacecraft.

Two weeks ago,the Pentagon released the first tranche of documents relating to alleged sightings of unidentified objects,including a chilling FBI report about ‘aliens’ and wild claims that Nazis built a UFO.
